3) Assembly of the Rear Guard
- Draw out the blade cap clockwise and take out the guard lock anti-clockwise
and then install the rear guard by positioning it will the three pins on the
front motor cover.

Lock and fix it clockwise with the guard lock.
4) Assembly of the Blade:
- Insert the fan blade into the motor shaft and push it to the extreme back then adjust
the blade align with the motor’s shaft pin.
- Place the blade cap to the shaft and turn it anti-clockwise to lock the blade to the
shaft. Ensure the blade is tightly attached to the shaft as per the picture shown
below.
5) Assembly of the Front Guard:
- Hang the hanger of the front guard on the top of the rear guard and fasten the
guard ring tightly around the rear guard. Ensure to make the front and rear guard
completely aligned.
- Press the guard clip under the front guard ring and screw it gently with the locking
screw.
