The solenoid valve, shown in Figure 38, is located at the left rear of the unit, behind 
the access panel. To replace the solenoid coil, perform the procedure in Table 25.

Turn off the electrical supply to the unit.

Remove the access panel from the rear of the unit.

3

Remove the electrical connections to the solenoid, shown in Figure 39.

Pull the solenoid off of the valve stem.

5

Replace the solenoid by pressing the new solenoid onto the valve stem, as 
shown in Figure 40.

6

Reconnect the wiring to the solenoid.

7

Replace the access panel.

8

Turn on the electrical supply to the unit.
