Manually rotate the wheel until a value of 50 appears on the right display. Apply the 50 g weight at the 12 o'clock position 
on the external side of the wheel;

Manually run a launch by acting on the locking ring with knobs;

Calibration is complete: the machine automatically exits the calibration program and returns to NORMAL mode, ready to 
perform the balancing. 

If during machine calibration anomalies occur, error codes will be displayed (e.g. 

Err 025

). Refer to chapter 

“6. Error codes”

 and 

act accordingly to resolve the problem and continue/repeat/cancel the calibration in progress. 
 
How to exit the CAR/SUV Wheel Type calibration 

You can exit the ongoing calibration procedure at any time by pressing [F+P3]

. The machine will return to 

SERVICE mode displaying 

SER SER

. To return to NORMAL mode, press [F+P3]

The calibration in progress will be cancelled and the machine will make use of the previous calibration data. 
 

6. ERROR CODES AND WARNINGS 

The machine indicates error conditions by alternating the display of the error code with a brief description (in English) of the cause 
of the error. The machine displays the code for different times depending on the code of said error, as indicated in the "Display" 
column in table T6.1.
