Reprint Room Bills
This feature allows you to take a reprint of the bills of any checked-out room. The reprint of
the previous bill is possible only if room has not yet been checked in again.
To reprint check out bills (Re-chkout)
Step Action You get
1. Press CHK-OUT / CONF key. Display will show "CHECK OUT :
2. Enter desired room number.
If the room number is correct and is not
checked in, you will get a reprint of the
check-out bill.
Wake up Alarm
Operator can set the wake up alarm for a room. At the time of the alarm, the telephone in the
room will ring. If the guest does not pick up the handset of the instrument within one minute,
the alarm will be diverted to the main operator indicating that the ALARM ring had failed.
Alarms can be set only for the next 24 Hours. If at the time of alarm the extension is busy
then it will ring after one minute. If self-alarm is also set by the guests then the latest setting
will override.
To set an alarm for a room
Step Action You get
1. Press the EMG/ALARM key.
2. Dial the Room Number. An arrow will be displayed on the KTS.
3.
Enter the wake up alarm time in the 24
hour format.
4. Press the RLS key.
Cancellation of alarm for a room
Step Action You get
1.
Press the EMG/ALARM key.
2. Dial the Room Number. An arrow will be displayed on the KTS.
3. Set the wake up time `HH & 60’
4. Press the RLS key.
