Thank you for purchasing the Cook's Essentials Smart n' Healthy Cooker.  Your new cooker has a variety of 

functions to handle a wide array of cooking tasks.  With its easy to use digital touch pad display and 5 preset 

modes, you can cook fluffy rice, delicious soups, or tender cuts of meat with ease!  Best of all food will maintain its 

natural flavor, vibrant color and preserve its nutritional value.  Not only is this cooker stylish and functional, but it 

conserves time and energy too!  Unlike most conventional pressure cookers, the Smart n' Healthy Cooker's 

unique design allows you to safely open the lid during cooking and add ingredients during ANY stage of the 

cooking process. If you're cooking on the go, this unit features a convenient carrying handle for easy transport to

SMART N' HEALTHY COOKER WITH MULTIPLE FUNCTIONS 

 

Multiple functions for cooking, stewing, braising, simmering, and roasting. 

 

The unique feature of the Smart n' Healthy Cooker is the ability to open the lid at anytime during 
the cooking process to check doneness or to add ingredients. 

 

A cool-touch exterior makes the cooker family-countertop friendly.  

 

Cooking will be done automatically by selecting the different menu choices on the unit.  When the 
food has completed its cooking cycle, there will be a beep indicator, followed by the unit automatically 
switching to the Keep Warm mode. 

 

This unit allows the user to choose the period of Cooking Time (0-4 hours) according to one’s taste 
and needs in addition to the Pre-Set menu. 

 

A Delay Timer allows the user to delay the cooking time up to 24-hours.  When the timer is set, the 
count-down will start.  By the end of the countdown, the cooker will start to heat up. 

 

The unit also has its own memory.  The unit will automatically renew where the cooking cycle left off 
in the case of a power interruption. 

 

RAPID COOKING; TIME & POWER SAVING: 

 

By using *Sub-Boiling technology at exact temperatures, food will be cooked much more rapidly than 
conventional methods of cooking while locking in nutrition and maintaining the appearance and 
structure of food.  This will reduce the cooking time and consumption of power.  For example:  when 
cooking rice, the Smart n' Healthy Cooker will save up to 20% of the electricity and up to 15% of 
the time when compared to a conventional rice cooker.  When cooking stews, soups or braising 
meats, this cooker will save up to 40% of the time and more than 45% of the power as compared to 
a conventional slow cooker.  Cooking can also be done at high altitudes.

The Smart n' Healthy Cooker uses innovative technology of combining Sub-Boiling steam-based cooking with 

very exact temperatures to prepare delicious and nutritious meals.  Using this advanced technology, food is 

cooked at just below its boiling point, never "Over-Boiling" which results in vegetables retaining their vibrant colors 

and structures compared to standard pressure cookers that can turn green vegetables into yellow mush.  The 

Smart n' Healthy Cooker quietly monitors the water vapor, heat and condition of the RELEASE VALVE to 

effectively control the cooking atmosphere within the inner pot.  In essence, Sub-boiling technology gives you the 

same control that a master chef achieves when preparing foods at their ideal temperature so that your meals taste
