HOW TO READ THE DIGITAL DISPLAY

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

POWER Indicator Light is red in “Standby” mode. 

 

CONTROL PANEL DISPLAY is blue when power is “On.” 

 

'PRE-SET FUNCTIONS' and 'MANUALLY SET TIME' indicator lights are blue when 
selected:  

                      Rice  

 

             Meat/Fish 
            Vegetables 
Manually Set Time 

 

DELAY/COOK TIME & SETTING buttons are used to set cooking functions, cooking times, 
and the delay timer. 

 

Boil Indicator Light – Illuminates blue when the unit is boiling.  This light will turn on and 
off as the unit fluctuates between heating and maintaining its temperature.

Remove all packaging materials such as cardboard, plastics or Styrofoam and discard 
appropriately.

Clean all the parts by wiping with a soft damp cloth or sponge and dry thoroughly.   
Never immerse the body of the cooker in any liquids.

How to open the lid: 
1.

 

Release the locking mechanism by carefully pulling it towards you (Figure 1).

How to close the lid: 
1.

 

Before closing the lid, set the RELEASE VALVE to the MEDIUM/MIDDLE position (Figure 3).  After 
closing the lid, rotate the RELEASE VALVE according to personal preference (refer to RELEASE 
VALVE section on page 8).

Carefully lower the lid down over the cooker (Figure 4) and lock it back into place by pulling the 
latch towards you and then releasing the latch once the lid is fully closed (Figure 5). You should
