The unit features 5 Pre-set Functions: Rice, Meat/Fish, Vegetables, Manually Set Time and
Keep Warm (there is no indicator light for Keep Warm). Indicator lights of a particular function
light up when selected. While the cooker heats up, you will see either

"-"

 on the left hand side

of the screen or "----" which will be scrolling vertically on the display. When there is a static
"P" or "A" on the left hand side of the display, this indicates that the unit is cooking. All
functions will automatically switch to the Keep Warm function when the allotted cooking time is
finished.
1.

Rice: The cooker will automatically set the cook time based on the weight of the rice and
water added to the unit.  (Time cannot be adjusted manually when cooking rice - same as
in standard rice cookers).

2.

Meat/Fish: Offers three pre-programmed timing options – 10, 15, and 20 minutes—for
preparing your favorite dishes.

3.

Vegetables: Offers three pre-programmed timing options – 5, 8, and 10 minutes—for
preparing your favorite vegetable dishes.

4.

Manually Set Time: Allows you to manually set the cooking time when preparing your
favorite meals.  Cooking time can be set up to 4 hours.

5.

Keep Warm: The Keep Warm function allows you to keep cooked food warm. It can be
used manually and also comes on at the end of each Pre-set cooking Function. To set
Keep Warm manually, turn the unit on by pressing POWER and press the SETTING
button eight times until you see "bb:00" appear on the time display. Food can be kept
warm up to 4-hours.  Additional time may cause a change in flavor, appearance and cause
food to spoil.
