3. Release the “Push” button once the settings satisfy your
needs.
To extend suspension travel distance:
4. Push the button labelled “Push” and hold it down.
5. Pull the handlebars upwards.
The fork will extend. The further fork extends out, the longer the
suspension travel distance will be.

needs.
