OPERATION CONT.

Auto swing

The horizontal air defl ector can be set to 
cycle up and down. 

 
Step 1:

 Press the AUTO-SWING button 

on the remote control, or alternatively 
press both TIMER and SPEED on the 
control panel.

Step 2:

 Press the AUTO-SWING button 

on the remote control, or alternatively 
press both TIMER and SPEED on the 
control panel to cancel auto-swing.

Auto-clean

During shut-down, the air-conditioner 
will continue to operate the fans for 3 
minutes to dry-out and clean the inside of 
the air conditioner. Auto-clean can only 
be used when turning the appliance off 
whilst operating in either Cool,  or Energy 
Saving modes.

Timer Function

The air conditioner is fi tted with a timer 
function, which allows the automatic start 
or shut-down of the air conditioner after 
a set period of time. Timer for automatic 
start-up is set by following the below 
steps with the air conditioner in stand-by 
mode. Timer for automatic shut-down is 
set with the air conditioner turned on.

Step 1:

 Press the TIMER button to enter 

timer setting mode. The display will begin 

to fl ash. 

Step 2: 

Use the UP and DOWN buttons 

to set the time to shut down or start up. 
Timer range is 0 - 24 hours. Increments 
are 30 minutes when using the control 
panel, or 1 hour increments when using 
the remote control. 

Note!

 Setting the timer to 

00

 will set the 

air conditioner to turn off within 1 minute. 
The air conditioner can only be set to 

00

 

when using the remote control.

Note!

 Setting the timer for start-up can 

only be done when using the control 
panel.

Step 3:

 Wait 5 seconds. The display will 

stop fl ashing and the time remaining till 
start up or shut down will be displayed.

Step 4:

 To cancel the timer turn the air 

conditioner on or off or press TIMER 
whilst in timer setting mode.
