Recline Adjustment
The Trekker
TM
Seating Module comes standard with Back
Angle Adjustment of 80º - 100º in increments of 10º.
Optional Feature:
The Trekker
TM
Seating Module has an additional recline
option to extend the back angle adjustment to full recline
range of 80º to 170º.

1. Make sure the caster wheels are locked.

2. Adjust the back to the desired recline angle by pulling
the strap on the back of the Seating Module.

1. Make sure wheel locks are engaged.
2. If user is in the chair, move the user’s back forward slowly and carefully to shift user’s weight.
3. Grab the pull strap on the center of the recline cord.

4. With your free hand on the top of the back, and while holding the recline cord, adjust the back
to the desired recline angle and release the pull strap.
5. Confirm that the recline lock pins are fully engaged on both sides.
6. Replace user to relaxed position. Release wheel locks.
WARNING:
Engage the wheel locks prior to adjusting
recline angle.
WARNING:
Check to confirm that recline lock pins are
fully engaged prior to use.
WARNING:
Keep fingers free of recline mechanism.
WARNING:
Never allow the user’s head to tilt/recline
beyond the horizontal plane to the floor.
