Software update
Our customers will be notified via email when a software update is made available.
In this case, the email you will receive, will contain the link to the new software version.
Note-9: To update the USBy software, it is recommended to use the Windows Operating
System.
After downloading the new software version, you will have to follow the following steps to
install the USBy update:
1.
Turn off your Router/Modem
2.
Turn off USBy for about 10 second
3.
Turn on USBy by preferably connecting it to the USB port of your Router/Modem or to
the electrical outlet using an adapter (e.g. adapter used to charge mobile phones) near
the Router / Modem (ca. 1-3m)
4.
Open the list of WiFi networks and select the network created by USBy (e.g. USBy-
V3_XXXXXX)
5.
Open your web browser Explorer or Chrome and enter the following URL:
192.168.4.1/upload.html
6.
At this point, you will visualize the following graphical interface
