Both storages are damaged.
Prepare two good storages, and then perform recovery.

Rebuilding failed (with a reading error)
The reading of data from the copy source might fail during rebuilding. Perform repair in accordance
with the procedure described below.
CAUTION
This operation repairs sector errors, it does not recover data.
Lost data may lead to system instability, so carry out recovery as necessary.
Repairing procedure

With the power OFF, change the DIP switch on the mirror card to setting 1.

Connect only the existing storage (which will not be replaced) to the mirror card, and then turn
the power ON.

Check that the status is as shown below.

With the DIP switch is setting 1, it is unable to start up Windows.
Therefore, checking with hwRaid cannot be performed.

Turn the power OFF, change the DIP switch on the mirror card to setting 2.
*Set the mirror card DIP switch in the same way as instructed in step 1 of this procedure.

Turn the PC power ON, then start up Windows.
