Description Choice

Onboard Serial Port 3
Sets enable/disable for the third serial port.
This serial port is for the touch panel when it is used on the
display device using LVDS connection.
The I/O address is fixed in 2A0H.

Serial Port 3 IRQ
Select the IRQ to use in the third serial port.

Onboard Serial Port 4
Sets enable/disable for the fourth serial port.
This serial port should be set to Disable since it is for the
device of future expansion.
The I/O address is fixed in 2A8H.
