If the arrows point to the right, this means that the air pressure increases and that the
weather will get better. If the arrows point to the left, this means that the air pressure
is dropping and that the weather will get worse.
The change of the weather forecast symbol is based on the relation between the cur-
rent relative air pressure and the air pressure change in the past 12 hours. If the air
pressure changes to a certain degree, the weather trend display (arrow) blinks. If the
weather conditions remain stable for more than 3 hours, the arrows no longer blink
but are displayed permanently. This signals a stabilisation of the weather conditions.
Examples for changes of the weather forecast symbols:
By measuring and observing the air pressure of the past days, the weather station
has a relatively high forecast accuracy. However, it cannot replace the professional
weather forecasts on the radio, TV or in the Internet by qualified meteorologists.

The actual weather may deviate from the display. Therefore, don’t
depend on the weather forecast of the weather station, but inform
yourself locally when you would like to hike in the mountains, for
example.
Within the first hours after activation, the weather station cannot
yet make highly accurate weather forecasts. It requires approx. 24
hours after activation to collect sufficient air pressure data in order
to make an accurate weather forecast.
The weather station lets you set the threshold value for the air pressure. This way,
you tell the device as of which value it is supposed to consider a change in the air
pressure for the weather forecast.
In areas with frequent air pressure changes without a subsequent change in the
weather, we recommend setting the threshold value to a higher setting than in areas
with relatively stable air pressure.
