peratures after about 8 seconds without pressing a button.
Set Up and Installation
Protect the device and the outdoor temperature sensor from direct sunlight,
heating through heat-emitting devices or electronicdevices, otherwise the dis-
played values will be incorrect.
The device may be placed on a level surface or mounted on a wall.
• Lay the cable of the outdoor sensor outside.
• Fold out the stand at the back of the casing to set up the thermometer.
• Please use an appropriate screw or hook for wall mounting. Let it stick out a few millimetres
from the wall in order to have the thermometer fit with its respective fixture at the back.
Maintenance and Cleaning
• To clean the thermometer, a dry, soft, clean cloth is sufficient. For heavy soiling of the product,
you can slightly moisten the cloth with lukewarm water.
• Clean the thermometer very carefully, otherwise you may scratch it.
• Never use aggressive cleaning agents or chemicals since this will damage the thermometer.
Replacing the Battery
• Open the battery compartment lid at the back of the device by removing the housing screw with
a screw driver.
• Remove the flat battery and insert a new button cell battery, of type AG10 1.5V/DC, with the
correct polarity.
• Replace the battery compartment lid and secure it with the housing screw that was removed
before.
