3. Before turning off the product, turn the right control knob to MIN.
4. Turn off the product and disconnect it from the power supply for extended periods of disuse.
Overheating protection
• The product has overheating protection that automatically deactivates the heater should the
air vents become blocked or should the product fall over.
• Once the temperature falls to +55 °C (this can take up to approx. 5 minutes), the heater will
be automatically reactivated.
• To prevent the overheating protection from being unnecessarily reactivated, take the
following steps:
- Remove the object that may have triggered the overheating protection.
- Make sure the product cannot accidentally tip over.
If the problem occurs again, contact technical support or another professional.
Maintenance and cleaning
• The product is maintenance-free apart from occasional cleaning.
• Before cleaning, disconnect the product from the power supply and wait until it has cooled
down entirely.
• Never submerge the product in water.
• Clean the housing with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Do not use any aggressive cleaning
agents.
• Remove any dust from the safety guard with a vacuum cleaner or a brush.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the household
waste.
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant statutory
regulations.
