Recycling in compliance with WEEE
Dear Customer
Purchasing our product gives you the op
-
portunity, free of charge, to introduce the
device into the recycling process at the
end of its life cycle.
The EU Directive 2002/96 EC (WEEE) regulates
the return and recycling of old electrical and elec
-
tronic devices. In the Business to Customer sec

are obliged as of 13/08/05 to take back and recy

that date. After that date, electrical devices must
not be disposed of through the „normal“ waste
disposal channels. Electrical devices must be dis

fall under this directive must feature this logo.
What do you have to do?
Once your device has reached the end of its life
cycle, simply take it to the nearest public collec

tion point for waste electrical equipment. We will
then take care of all recycling and waste dispos

al measures. You will incur no costs or suffer any
inconvenience.
Reducing environmental pollution and the protec
-
tion of our environment are at the centre of all our
activities.
Disposal
Do not throw the old device or batteries into the
household waste, into a fire or into water. Batter
-
ies should be collected, recycled or disposed of
in an environmentally friendly way.
Only for EC countries:
According to directive RL 2006/66/EC, defective
or used batteries must be recycled. Batteries that
can no longer be used can either be returned to
the point of sale, or put into a hazardous waste
collection point.
