15. Replacing the Batteries
It is necessary to change the battery if the display contract is only showing weakly or no display appears anymore. We
recommend to have the battery changed by a professional.
The base cover of the wristwatch must be removed to change the battery, remove the four small screws beforehand.
Note the orientation of the base cover of the wristwatch, as the sound signalling device is integrated within
it. A small gold coloured spring creates the contact to the signalling device.
Carefully loosen the small locking hook and remove the empty battery (note the correct orientation, plus/+ points outwards
towards you) and place a new "CR3032" type battery in the same orientation.
Replace the base cover in the correct orientation.
The small golden spring in the clock mechanism must press directly onto the signalling device in the base
cover. Otherwise along with there being no possibility of an alarm signal or button press signal, there is also
a danger of damaging the wristwatch!
Please also take care to ensure the rubber seal is seated correctly in the watch and is not caught in the thread
or crushed.
Screw down the base cover firmly with the screws you removed initially. Do not exert any excessive force.
