6. Battery Notes
• Keep batteries out of reach of children.
• Do not leave the batteries lying around in the open; there is the risk that they will be swallowed by children or pets. If
swallowed, consult a doctor immediately. There is a risk of fatality!
• Leaking or damaged batteries can cause burns if they come into contact with the skin. You should therefore wear
suitable protective gloves.
• The batteries must not be short-circuited, taken apart or thrown into the fire. There is a risk of explosion!
• Replace an empty battery with a new one as soon as possible (see Chapter 15, Replacing the Batteries) or remove the
used battery from the wristwatch.
