8.7 Power Management
Select the 'Power Management' submenu from the 'Main Menu' and press enter or
press the related letter in front of the menu to enter the 'Power Management' setup
screen. This menu is used for setting ACPI and APM configuration.

In ACPI mode it is not possible for a “Watchdog ACPI Event” handler to directly restart
or shutdown the OS. For this reason the congatec BIOS will do one of the following:
For Shutdown: An over temperature notification is executed. This causes the OS to shut
down in an orderly fashion.
