Steps to be taken in case of blockage
ATTENTION!
When there is a blockage or fault, water sources which drain into the unit should not be used.

Disconnect from electrical supply by withdrawing plug and ensure that it cannot be inadvertantly
reconnected.

Remove cap seal (1) from tank.

Insert a screwdriver or electrical drill and clear a possible blockage of the cutting system by
manually rotating the rotorshaft.
If rotating the rotorshaft fails to clear the blockage then the complete motor/pumping unit must be
removed from the tank for inspection and the blockage cleared by hand (see page 42, fig. 9).
ATTENTION!
Care must be taken when handling the motor/pumping unit as there is a danger of injury from the cutting
tool in the hydraulic system.
