Application
/
FLOWCB
is a pumping station designed for private domestic use and for direct connection
to one toilet.
/
Installed above ground, directly behind toilet or behind partition wall.
/
The number of users must be small and, above the backflow level, an additional WC must
be available.
/
Operates in combination with a cistern of minimum 6 litre flushing volume. Proper operation
is not guaranteed at lesser volumes e. g. when using the light flush in a dual-flush cistern.
/
In addition to the WC, a washbasin, a shower tray and a bidet may be connected. The
connection of further drainage fixtures, such as a washing machine, dishwasher or bathtub,
for example, is neither directly nor indirectly approved in accordance with DIN EN 12050 T3.
/
The tank must be in the same room as the utilities to which it is connected.
/
In accordance with DIN 1986 Part 3, only domestic sewage and wastewater, with and without
faeces, and without harmful substances (including cat litter, litter tray liners or wet wipes) are
allowed to enter the unit. .
/
Use only cleaning products with a pH of 4 – 10 when cleaning utilities connected to the tank.
/
Not suitable for corrosive, flammable, gaseous or explosive fluids, condensation from ventilation
systems, heat pumps and condensing boilers, and brine from water softening systems.
/
For liquids with a temperature of max. 40 °C, or 60 °C for up to 5 minutes.
/
The noise emission value is less than 70dB (A). This may be exceeded in certain circumstances.
/
As with any electrical appliance, due to the specific use, a failure of the lifting unit can cause damage
(for example in the case of faulty operation, due to a power failure or a technical defect). If this
can result in consequential damage an alternative system (for example emergency power supply,
double pumping station, network-independent alarm) must be available. In that case by installation
of the lifting unit behind a front wall, to prevent uncontrolled water leakage, the FLOW alarm
system with humity sensor (KBN: ABSSAF), and for network- independent operation the 9V NiMH
battery block (KBN: ABSBATT9), must be installed.
ATTENTION!
Activation of the “high water level” alarm is delayed while the system attempts to fix the problem with
two pumping test cycles. On completion, if the problem persists the alarm will then sound.
