General
Troubleshooting of the Ultrasonic Blower Pack must only be performed by well qualified and well
trained personnel. Electrical repairs must only be performed by a licensed electrician authorized by the
customer, or by Condair service technicians.
Troubleshooting the Ultrasonic Blower Pack may require the user to access the inside of the humidifier
to the control and plumbing cabinets, which may expose the user and equipment to hazards described
in
"For Your Safety" on page 8
.

General Troubleshooting
Ultrasonic Blower Pack fan(s) are not operating
Probable Cause
l
No power to blower pack.
l
Fan(s) damaged.
Corrective Action
l
Check power connection.
l
Check the fans for any damage or blockages.
l
Make sure that the humidifier operates, and there is a demand for humidity.
Ultrasonic Blower Pack is making unusual noises while running
Probable Cause
l
Improper assembly (ex. loose parts in the unit, replacement parts poorly installed, etc.).
l
Blockage in front of the fans (in the unit).
l
Blockage or dirty air intake filters.
l
Damaged fan bearings.
Corrective Action
l
Reassemble the Ultrasonic Blower Pack. Ensure any loose parts are secured.
l
If there is a blockage, remove and inspect the pressurized box. Check for any debris or
structures that may cause blockages or redirection of the air flow in and out of the fan.
l
Check for blockages in the air intake filter. Blockages may be caused by excess dirt in the
filter. Replace the filter(s).
l
If the fan bearings are damaged, the fan(s) must be replaced.
