Hot air switched on:
Setting the control knob to the “hot air” position allows the oven to be heated in a forced
manner by means of a thermal fan located in the central part of the rear wall of the oven
chamber. Compared to convection ovens, lower baking temperatures are used.
The use of this method of heating allows heat to be evenly distributed around the food placed
in the oven.
Hot air and lower heating switched on:
In this position of the control knob, the oven performs the function of thermal circulation and
lower heating, which causes an increase in the baking temperature from below. Much of the
heat supplied from below is suitable for wet pastry or pizza.
Fast heating
Thermal circulation and roasting switched on. Used for initial heating of the oven.
Oven control lighting
Switching on the oven is signalled by the lighting of two control lamps, R and L. The lighting of the R control
lamp signals the operation of the oven. When the L lamp goes out, it is a signal that the oven has reached the
set temperature. If the cooking recipes recommend placing the food in a preheated oven, this must be done no
sooner than after the L control lamp has gone out for the first time. During baking, the L lamp will switch on and
off periodically (maintaining the temperature inside the oven chamber). The R control lamp can also light up when
therotary knob is in the “oven chamber lighting” position.
