PURÉE PREPARATION
Assembly of the Purée Preparation Extension
1. Insert the screw in the grinder body.
2. Mount the extrusion disk and purée preparation sleeve on the screw axis.
3. Make sure the protrusions of the hole plate interlock with the holes on the grinder body.
4. Secure the screw nut
5. Mount the tray on the grinder mouth
6. Attach the assembled extension to the motor unit by pushing it at an angle of 45°. Turn the grinder body counter-
clockwise until you hear a click. Check to see that the extension is correctly fixed, and cannot be loosened or taken
out without using the safety pin.
7. Place the tray for collecting food under the purée extension.
8. Thaw frozen food first. Cut the food into pieces approximately 2 x 2 cm.
9. Push the button to operate the unit.
10. Insert a small amount of the food to be processed into the opening, and move it inside gently using the tamper.
Do not use force on the tamper to prevent the machine from overloading.
11. Juice extraction intensity is controlled by the adjusting nut installed on the main safety nut (select values 0–2 to
adjust intensity)
12. After use turn off the machine by pushing the switch button again, and unplug from the mains.
13. To release the extension from its holder, press the safety pin and simultaneously turn clockwise to release the
extension.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Prior to cleaning and after using the appliance, turn it off, disconnect it from the electric mains outlet, and let it cool off.
Never immerse the power cord, the plug, or the appliance in water or any other liquid.
Wash the replaceable parts in tepid water with detergent and rinse in clean water.
