12. To release the extension from its holder, press the safety pin and simultaneously turn clockwise to release the
extension.
13. Loosen the grinder nut to disassemble the extension.
Advice:
Immerse the casing in tepid water for 10 minutes. Then slide the casing onto the socket. If the casing sticks to the socket,
moisten it.
MEATBALL PREPARATION
Meatball Extension Assembly
1. Insert the screw in the grinder body.
2. Mount the extrusion disk and meatball sleeve on the screw axis.
3. Make sure the safety notch of the hole plate interlocks with the pin on the grinder body.
4. Tighten the screw nut.
5. Attach the assembled grinder body to the motor unit. Push the grinder body to the motor body at an angle of 45°.
Turn the grinder body counter-clockwise until you hear a click. Check to see that the extension is correctly fixed, and
cannot be loosened or taken out without using the safety pin.
6. Check if the grinder nut is tight.
7. Mount the tray on the grinder mouth
8. The machine is now ready for operation
Note:
The accessories must be used without the plates and cross blade. Insert the ground, flavoured and well-worked
meat mixture.
Insert the meat mixture into the opening.
Do not use force on the tamper to prevent the machine from overloading.
9. Shape the extruded mixture as needed.
10. You can push remaining food out of the extension using several pieces of bread after filling.
11. After use turn off the machine by pushing the switch button again, and unplug from the mains.
