Assembly for Food Grinding
1. Insert the screw in the grinder body.
2. Mount the cross blade on the screw axis so that the edge of the blades aims outward from the screw. Make sure the
blade is mounted correctly on the axis, and cannot turn independently.
3. Choose a hole plate with the required level of grinding fineness.
a. Fine grinding: fish, boiled meat, minced meat.
b. Medium and coarse grinding: fish, vegetables, hard cheese, dried fruit.
4. If you need finer grinding, first process the food on the rough grinding disk, then replace with a medium grinding disk
and fine grinding disk. Thus you will prevent clogging and overloading of the motor.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTICE
Before mounting or removing accessories onto or from the device, always pull the plug out of the mains socket!
Prior to using a new appliance, wipe its surface with a wet cloth and wash the removable accessories in warm water for
hygienic reasons.
The maximum time of continuous operation (KBmax) is 45 minutes. Let the unit cool down for at least 1 hour afterwards.
