Microwave Heating
Microwaves are converted to heat, which warms the food. Microwave heating may be used by itself or in
a combination with another selected heating function.
Arrange the food intended for heating evenly. Put the thicker parts towards the edge of the container. Check the
food during the heating process. Be careful, overheated food may catch fire.
Power Description

Gentle defrosting of frozen food.
Rising dough.
300 W
Defrosting of frozen food.
Melting chocolate and butter.
450 W Heating soups and rice.
700 W
Heating food, mushrooms, molluscs and
shellfish. Preparing dishes containing eggs
and cheese.
900 W
Heating food and water.
Roasting chicken, fish and vegetables.
Setting the microwave heating
1. Press the button (1) in standby mode. The display shows the preset microwave heating power and the preset
heating time flashes.
2. Turn the knob (K2) to set the desired heating time.
3. To reset the microwave heating power, press the button (1).
4. Turn the knob (K2) to set the new heating power value.
5. Press the button (6) to confirm, then the heating process will start.
6. You will hear a quintuple sound signal after the set heating time is out.
7. Press the button (5) twice to finish the heating process.
Example: Microwave heating power at 300 W for 17 minutes.
1. Press the button (1) to select the microwave heating. The display shows the preset heating power (900 W) and
the preset time (1 minute) flashes.
2. Press the button (1) to confirm. Turn the knob (K2) to set the microwave heating power to 300 W.
3. Press the button (4) and turn the knob (K2) to adjust the cooking time to 17 minutes.
4. Press the button (6) to confirm, then the heating process will start. Heating time will start counting down from
the set time.
5. You will hear a quintuple sound signal after the set heating time is out. Microwave heating is completed.
Note:
1. After selecting the microwave heating the display always shows the highest preset heating power value (900 W).
2. If you set the max. heating power value (900 W), the heating time can be set only up to 30 minutes max. For the
other heating power values the time can be set up to 90 minutes.
3. By pressing the button (6) during the heating process the time increases by 30 seconds.
4. If you open the oven door during the heating process, the cooling fan may stay in operation for a while.

5. Setting the time using the knob (K2) goes as follows:
00:00 min – 01:00 min 1 second steps (applies to 100, 300, 450, 700 and 900 W)
01:00 min – 05:00 min 10 second steps (applies to 100, 300, 450, 700 and 900 W)
05:00 min – 15:00 min 30 second steps (applies to 100, 300, 450, 700 and 900 W)
15:00 min – 01:00 hour 1 minute steps (applies to 100, 300, 450 and 700 W)
(for 900 W it applies only up to 30:00 min)
01:00 hour – 01:30 hour 5 minute steps (applies to 100, 300, 450 and 700 W)
Quick start
1. Press the button (6) in standby mode. Microwave heating will run for 30 seconds at 900 W.
2. Every time you press the button (6) the time increases by 30 seconds up to 30 minutes in total.
3. You will hear a quintuple sound signal after the heating process is done. The quick start function for microwave
heating is done.
4. Press the button (5) twice to finish the quick start function.
Combined Microwave Heating
It is a function where the grill and microwave heating operate simultaneously. The heating process is much faster.
1. Turn the knob (K1) to select the combined microwave heating. Names of the functions are displayed above
the knob (K1). The function of the microwave heating is also displayed alongside the functions for which the
combined microwave heating is intended.
2. When the combined microwave heating is select the display shows time, heating power value, temperature and
eventually the program.
3. To reset the combined microwave heating power, press the button (1). Turn the knob (K2) to set the new heating
power value.
4. To reset the time press the button (4). Turn the knob (K2) to set the desired heating time.
5. To reset the temperature press the button (3). Turn the knob (K2) to set the desired temperature.
6. To reset the program press the button (3). Turn the knob (K2) to set the desired program.
7. You will hear a quintuple sound signal after the set heating time is out.
8. Press the button (5) twice to finish the heating process.
Example: The microwave heating power value at 100 W for 17 m Circular heating with a fan with the
temperature set to 190 °C.
1. Turn the knob (K1) to select the Circular heating with a fan + Microwave heating.
2. The temperature preset to 180 °C will start to flash. Turn the knob (K2) to set the temperature to 190 °C.
3. Microwave heating power is preset to 300 W. Press the button (1) and turn the knob (K2) to adjust the
microwave power value to 100 W.
4. Press the button (4) and turn the knob (K2) to adjust the cooking time to 17 minutes.
5. Press the button (6) to confirm, then the heating process will start. Heating time will start counting down from
the set time.
6. You will hear a quintuple sound signal after the set heating time is out. The heating process is done.
Another way to adjust the combined microwave heating
1. Turn the knob (K1) to select the Circular heating with a fan.
2. The temperature preset to 180 °C will start to flash. Turn the knob (K2) to set the temperature to 190 °C.
3. Press the button (4) and turn the knob (K2) to adjust the cooking time to 17 minutes.
4. Press the button (1). The preset heating power value (300 W) will start to flash. Turn the knob (K2) to set the
microwave heating power to 100 W.
5. Press the button (6) to confirm, then the heating process will start. Heating time will start counting down from
the set time.
