Sterilization base
The sterilization base uses UVA/UVC radiation to keep the application surface of the IPL
epilator clean for future use.
Use: Plug the adapter into the power adapter slot on the sterilization base and plug the
adapter into a power outlet. The light will come on. Place the application surface of the IPL
epilator into the sterilization base, sterilization is complete in a few minutes. Then unplug
the base from the power outlet.
USE
IPL epilator hair removal technology is well-known and sophisticated. It has undergone
more than 15 years of clinical trials around the world, demonstrating the effectiveness and
safety of long-term hair removal.
The IPL hair removal technology is based on the selective photothermolysis theory, which
uses the energy of optical radiation to stop hair growth. To achieve this thermal effect, the
hair root needs to selectively absorb heat energy and convert it into heat. This selectivity is
achieved as most of the optical radiation is absorbed by the hair bulb pigment, while the
surrounding skin and tissue remain cool. This heat effect painlessly removes hair with roots
and prevents their regrowth. This scientifically verified technology ensures fast and lasting
results.
The amount of pigment in a person's skin determines not only the colour but also the degree
of risk to which the user is exposed when using a light-based hair removal technology,
regardless of which one. The darker the skin, the higher the risk.
