IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
• Please read and follow the safety precautions carefully
before using the epilator for the first time. If you are not
sure if you can use the epilator or if you have any doubts
about its use and the risks involved, please consult your
dermatologist or general practitioner.
• Do not treat the same area of skin more often than
specified in the instructions. More frequent treatment
sessions do not ensure better results, on the contrary,
they increase the risk of side effects.
• Wait until the affected area of the skin heals.
• Never use the appliance on baby skin and do not let
children use the appliance.
• Caution: Hot surface. Do not touch the lens on the surface
of the applicator with your fingers. Keep the surface of
the appliance clean.
• Never use flammable liquids such as alcohol (including
perfume, deodorant or any other products containing
alcohol) or acetone on the treated skin. Using the
product may temporarily change the pigmentation (see
chapter Possible side effects).
• CAUTION! Plastic packaging used to wrap the appliance
can be dangerous. Keep the packaging out of the reach
of small children. Do not use the packaging in a crib,
child's bed, stroller or playpen. The thin film sticks to
the nose and mount and restricts breathing. The plastic
packaging is not a toy.
• When using the appliance in the bathroom, make sure to
unplug it after use. Leaving the appliance near a water
source can be dangerous even when the appliance
is switched off. To provide additional protection, we
recommend installing a residual current device (RCD)
with a rated operating current not exceeding 30 mA in
the electrical circuit that supplies the bathroom. Contact
your electrician for advice.
• Do not use the appliance if it fell on the ground or
appears to be damaged.
• The epilator is an electrical appliance and must not come
into contact with water.
• Do not store the appliance where it could fall on the
ground, in a bathtub, washbasin or any other container
with liquid. Do not immerse the appliance in water or
any other liquid. This could cause an electric shock.
• Do not use the appliance when you are having a bath.
• Do not use the appliance if it is wet or damp.
