3. By pressing the catches on the outer side of the rails (Fig. 7) you can separate them from the side rack.
4. Move the rails in the required position and put them back - the catches have to click.
5. Fix the side racks back on the internal sides of the oven.
k) Cooling fan
The fan is located on the upper side of the oven and provides circulation of cool air in the furniture and through the
baking oven door. The fan switches on and off automatically. When the oven operated at 200°C is switched off, the
cooling fan is deactivated after about 10 minutes.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
For the sake of good appearance and reliability, keep the unit clean.
The modern design of the unit facilitates the maintenance to the minimum.
The parts of the unit which come into contact with food have to be cleaned regularly.
• Before any maintenance and cleaning, disconnect the power cord from the mains or switch off the circuit breaker of
the mains outlet of the unit.
• Set all controls in the OFF position.
• Wait until the inside of the unit is not hot anymore but remains lukewarm – cleaning is easier than when it is cold.
• Clean the outer surface of the unit with a damp cloth, soft brush or fine sponge and then wipe it dry.
•
The unit is equipped with catalytic panels on the internal sides of the oven (panels have a light colour).
The
surface of the panels is covered with special microporous enamel which absorbs splattering grease and fat during
baking. Their service life is approximately 4 - 6 years (depending on the use of the oven). Use the „CLEAN“ function
first if you want to clean the grease deposited on the surface of the catalytic panels. Wipe any residues or impurities
with a wet cloth or sponge very gently, so as not to damage the porous surface.
WARNING!
When cleaning the panels this way do not put any food in the oven.
Do not use any cleaners for cleaning the catalytic panels, use only clean water, otherwise their surface would
be damaged.
Note:
During the use of the oven the colour of the catalytic panels can change. This is not a defect.
• The bottom and ceiling of the oven can be wiped with a damp cloth, soft brush or sponge. In the case of heavy dirt,
use hot water with a non-aggressive detergent.
