Basic Functions of the Unit
1. Put the pan with food in the selected position height (numbered from below) .
2. Switch on the unit by extended pressing of the ON/OFF symbol. If you do not select any functions after the
switch-on, the unit switches off automatically after several seconds.
3. Press the symbol for function selection to select the required baking function (see Fig. 2). The preset temperature
is displayed, and after several seconds the heating will switch on.
4. Press the “-” and “+” symbols repeatedly to adjust the temperature to the required value. You don‘t have to
confirm the set temperature. The new settings will be activated automatically after a couple of seconds. The
“°” symbol on the display blinks until the temperature inside the oven reaches the set value. After the set
temperature is reached, the “°” symbol shines permanently.
5. After the end of baking, switch off the unit by long pressing the ON/OFF symbol. During the cooling down,
current internal temperature will be displayed, if higher than 50 °C. Residual heat of the oven can be used for
heating or defrosting food.

Symbol
Function description
Lighting of the internal space of the oven. This function can be used even when the oven is turned off.
Heating of the oven by the upper and lower heater.
The temperature can be set within the range of 50 – 250 °C.
Put in the food only after pre-heating the oven to the set temperature. During baking open the door as rarely
as possible.
Heating of the oven by the upper heater only.
The temperature can be set within the range of 50 – 250 °C.
Note
: This function is suitable for grilling or baking.
Heating of the oven by the lower heater only. The temperature can be set within the range of 50 – 250 °C.
Note
: This function is suitable for the completion of baking foods which require a higher temperature from
below.
Small grill
The temperature can be set within the range of 50 – 250 °C.
Note
: During baking open the door as rarely as possible. During grilling put the food in the highest possible
position.
