SERVICE CHANNEL
ADJUST This configuration function is used to set service channel audio levels
at TX-1, TX-2, RX-1, or RX-2.
Upon entry, press [

] or [

] to select the desired service channel. To
adjust the service channel level (+10.0 to -20.0 dBm), press [ENTER].
Press [
↑
] or [
↓
] to adjust the service channel. Press [ENTER] to
execute the change.
EFData recommends that the service channel level be set to the same
level as the audieo input.
Note: This menu is only available when IDR has been selected for
modem type in the Utility menu.
DROP FORMAT This configuration is used to select the desired drop data channel
signaling. The choices are:

E1_CAS (E1 Channel Associated Signaling)
•
E1_CCS (E1 Common Channel Signaling)
•
E1_31_TS (E1 No Multiframe Sync Alignment)
•
T1 (T1 Data)
•
T1_S (Special Signalling)
•
T1_ESF (T1 Extended Super Frame)
•
T1_ESF_S (Special Signalling)

INSERT FORMAT Selects the desired insert data channel signaling. The choices are:
