Chapter 7 – RS-232 Computer Interface

Connect your computer’s COMM port to the CAT-250 at J4 as described in Figure 7-1.

ISP Loader For CAT-250

Use the ISP Loader to upload the latest firmware version of the CAT-250 controller available at the

www.catauto.com

web site. Under RESOURCES, select FIRMWARE UPDATES and then CAT-250

and the latest version. Follow the procedure described in the “CAT-250 Firmware Download

Instructions”.

Start the ISP Loader program to display the “ISP Loader For CAT-250” window. Follow the

directions described in the window.
