Troubleshooting problems may have similar causes and solutions
You should always contact an authorized service center before attempting
to fix or repair your air compressor.
Always make sure electrical power is off before removing any inspection covers or plates
or before servicing compressor.

Compressor will not start
No power
Fuse blown in control circuit
Motor overloads not tripped or not reset
Loose incoming or power connection wires
Low voltage to unit
Faulty temperature switch
Temperature switch tripped
High pressure switch tripped
Check power supply for adequate voltage
Check fuses
Make sure all power wires are tight at
connections
Check voltage supply to make sure it is high
enough to run the electric system
Check temperature switch for proper
operation
Check system pressure
Unit starts-them
immediately stalls
Pressure switch out of adjustment
Temperature switch activated
Loose electrical supply wires
Motor overloads tripped

Incorrect compressor rotation
Check compressor power supply for adequate
breaker and wire size
Inspect check valve for proper operation
Tighten belts
