Installing and Cabling the System 

 

 

CAUTION:

  Always populate the server blade bays with either a server blade or 

server blade blank. Proper airflow can only be maintained when the bays are 
populated. Unpopulated bays can lead to improper cooling and thermal damage. 

3. 

Remove the server blade blank:  

a. 

Press the ejector tabs on the server blade blank (1). 

b. 

Slide the server blade blank out of the bay (2).
