Properties
- Device Name……… This is the name of the selected device.
- Connection Status… This displays the connection status of the device (Connected, Discovered, or Ghost).
- Device Address… This is the number written on the Bluetooth Card.
- Device Class
For a computer:
This displays the type of computer (Desktop Computer, Server Computer, Laptop Computer, or PC/PDA).
For a phone:
This displays the type of phone (Cell Phone, Cordless Phone, Smart Phone, or Wired Modem or Voice Gateway).
- Authentication Status
For remote devices that have been authenticated with a Bluetooth passkey,
Pairable
is displayed. For unauthenticated
devices,
Untrusted
is displayed.

Delete
to delete the selected remote device from the device list, service list, and database of discovered peripheral
devices. The selected device cannot be deleted if it is connected to My Device.

Search options
If you select
Enable Device Name Search
, the device names are searched for during the search for peripheral devices and
listed in the device list.
If you select
Disable Device Name Search
, the device names are not searched for during the search for peripheral devices,
thereby reducing the search time. In this case, only the device addresses are displayed in the device list.
Device address
This is the number listed on the Bluetooth Card as BDA: XX…X.
