Flame Effect:
Press Flame effect switch (#5) to the “on” position for flame effect. The indicator light will
turn on.
This switch is a switch is also flame power switch
.
7. Flame Dimmer Control:
Turn the dimmer dial (#6) clockwise or counter-clockwise to get the desired flame
intensity. The dimmer switch can only be used when the
Flame effect
switch is in the “on” position.
NOTE:
Heat functions will NOT operate unless the fan switch (#2) is in the “on” position.
SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS
REPLACING LIGHT BULBS
CAUTION: Even though the glass is safety glass it may break if bumped, struck or dropped. Care must be
taken when handling the glass.
The bulbs fitted to this heater are 120V / 40W, G9 socket base light bulbs (candelabra base, B bulb).
Access the 40W bulbs through the rear access panel (see illustration below). For convenience,
replace all bulbs at the same time if one goes out.
a. Turn the main power switch off, and then unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
b. If the stove has been operating, let the unit cool at least 1 hour.
c. Loosen the screws holding the stove back panel to the main body of stove (see Fig.1).
d. Remove light bulbs and replace with clear 120V / 40W, G9 Socket base light bulbs (see Fig.2).
e. Place rear access panel back into position and tighten screws (Do not over tighten
).
WARNING: Disconnect power and allow unit to cool completely before attempting any
maintenance or cleaning to reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock or personal injury.
