Remove the bracket and the optional card from its pack.

Screw the optional card onto the plastic support of the bracket
using the screws provided.

Connect the female connector of the optional card to the male
connector located on the bracket.

Position the wires between the optional card and the bracket as
shown in the diagram.

Fix the optional card with connector onto the rear of the Monitor
using the screws provided.

Only for optional card Art. 5734: cut and remove Pushbuttons 5
and 6 of the Monitor.

Only for optional card Art. 5734: insert the transparent
Pushbuttons enclosed in the pack of the article in the positions
of Pushbuttons 5 and 6 as shown in the Figures.
* To use the Pushbutton as C.NO. contact (24V-100mA max), remove the
wire towards the bracket connector and disconnect the relative common.
