Audio options
This menu can be used to configure all the audio report options. The possible settings are listed below.
• Handsh/Kissoff
Used to set the Handshake and Kissoff options. These two options specify whether or not to offer confirm keys for listening to the
report messages while they are being played. Handshake anticipates pressing a number key before listening. Kissoff anticipates
pressing a key to confirm you have listened to the voice message.
◊ Handshake/Kissoff keys: used to customise the keys used for handshake and Kissoff tones.
◊ Handshake/Kissoff: used to select whether Handshake and Kissoff are required.
The possible options are as follows:
- Handshake Yes, Kissoff Yes
- Handshake Yes, Kissoff NO
- Handshake NO, Kissoff Yes
- Handshake NO, Kissoff NO
The default setting is NO- NO.
• TWO-WAY audio
◊ User audio: used to set TWA mode for user contacts.
- Half duplex (not implemented)
- Full duplex
◊ Monitoring audio: used to set TWA mode for “Alarm receiving centre” type contacts.
- SIA AV-01
- CID
- Custom Comelit protocol (not implemented).
• Stop calls
If the “Stop calls” menu is enabled, the Kissoff key will stop the call queue, preventing the control panel from making any other
calls relating to this event. If Kiss off is not required, this setting is not applicable.
• Mess. repeat
Sets how many times the message will be repeated during the call if no Kissoff button is pressed. Even if Kissoff is not set, the
parameter will be applied. It can be set up to 5. Default value 2.
