4.3 Installation
1.
The supply voltage should comply with the working voltage of the appliance. The appliance is equipped with
copper equipotential terminals at lower back of the box, which should be connected with copper wire no
less than 1.5mm² reliably as prescribed. After installation, check that whether the connection is loose,
whether the voltage is normal and whether the safety grounding is reliable. The fixed arrangement of wire
should be equipped with an all-pole disconnecting switch with a contact opening of 3mm on its poles. It is
advisable to install a grounding leakage protection switch or relay that with a leakage peak of 10mA.
Mounting space for the device shall be at least: 1500x850x530 mm (LxWxH). Unpack the device and place
it on the floor.
Installation:
1. Rubber feet:
Adjust the rubber feet to stabilize the oven.
2. Location:
Install this device on a flat and stable surface.
3. Remove the protection film.
4. Take out the trays in the oven and have them cleaned.
5. Wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with wet cloth and then dry them with a dry cloth.
6. Power Connection:
Please make sure that the applicable power supply voltage and frequency comply with that indicated
on the data plate prior to energize the device.
After installation of the oven, install a bipolar switch between the oven and the power grid so that the
contact opening distance between them can be maintained at least 3mm and the input power is
appropriate.
The oven shall be connected with the earth wire in the power grid.
The oven must be in a system of equipotential so that the power can be maintained the same as
indicated on the data plate. Such connections can be only achieved among the labeled wire terminals
of different appliances.
The minimum value of the equipotential conductor component is 10mm2.
Connect the power cord to the power supply and ensure that the power cord is connected reliably and
at a proper place.
7. Water pipe connection: for model CUBE - SS2/EC2 and CUBE – SS4/EC4
Connect the water pipe to tap water:
Mount the inlet pipe at rear of the oven with pipe connector and faucet, then connect to the tap water.
Before connecting to the water tap, flush the inlet pipe with water.
Tap water pressure: 0.5-2bar; water hardness: 0.5-5 mg/L.
