8. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
Make sure that the appliance and gas valve are turned off before starting maintenance or cleaning.
•
Clean the appliance with a cloth that is soaked into warm soapy water and a disinfectant that will not harm
the food at the end of each working day.
•
Do not clean with direct or high pressure water.
•
Do not use materials that may scratch on the surfaces such as detergents with a corrosive content, wire
brushes etc. while cleaning the surface of the appliance.
•
In the event of a dangerous situation in the appliance, contact the authorized service. Do not allow
unqualified persons to interfere with the appliance.
9. TROUBLESHOOTING

Gas is not supplied to the appliance.
The gas valve in the installation is closed. Open the valve.
The gas valve of the appliance is closed. Open the valve.
There is air in the gas installation. Drain the air by holding the gas
valve.
Radiant is not on.
The appliance has not been adapted to the appropriate gas type.
Check according to Table 2 and Table 3.
The injector is blocked. Call an authorized service.
Radiant is on when the gas valve is
pressed, and then is off, when it is left.
The flame monitoring device (thermo element) is defective.
Call an authorized service.
Radiant is not on when the gas valve is
in the minimum position.
Call an authorized service.
The appliance is operating, but the
flame is too large.
The appliance has not been adapted to the appropriate gas type.
Radiant is defective. Call an authorized service.
The skewers are not turning.
The power socket of the appliance is not plugged in. Plug it in.
The electric motor switch is turned off. Open.
