SELECTING THE OPERATING DIRECTION
The machine has a lever system for selecting the operating
direction (4). It is located on the control panel (
Fig.1
).
ATTENTION:
move the lever in the direction shown by the
arrow (
Fig.2
) to select forward movement.
ATTENTION:
move the lever in the direction shown by the
arrow (
Fig.3
) to select reverse movement.
ATTENTION:
move the lever to the middle (
Fig.4
) to select
neutral.
ADJUSTING THE OPERATING SPEED
To adjust the operating speed, use the knob (3) on the control panel
(
Fig.1
).
ATTENTION:
there are three forward speeds.
ATTENTION:
adjust the forward speed to suit the adhesion
conditions.
ADJUSTING THE PRESSURE ON THE BRUSHES
If you need to alter the pressure applied to the brushes while you
are working, just turn the knob (13) on the control panel (
Fig.1
).
ATTENTION
: there are three pressure levels: the additional
pressure is zero with step-01, and maximum with step-03.
ATTENTION
: the extra pressure should be selected on the
basis of the type of floor and the amount of dirt. Remember
that increased pressure causes greater wear and tear on the
brushes and higher energy consumption.
SIDEWAYS MOVEMENT OF THE BRUSH HEAD UNIT
On this machine, the brush head unit can be moved sideways (to
the right).
ATTENTION
: in “scrubbing with drying” or “scrubbing” mode,
just shift the joystick (14) on the control panel to the right
(

)
.
ATTENTION
: to bring the brush head unit back to its
standard position, shift the joystick (14) on the control panel
to the left (
Fig.2
). During this operation, the indicator light
relating to brush head movement (15) will be activated on the
control panel (
Fig.3
).
