Due to incorrect wiping, the nozzle film gets damaged as shown below:

Head Purging
Head purging refers to the method in which heads are cleaned by forcing pressurized ink through the nozzles. If
printer is in idle for more than 10 mins, please perform the purging process. In the printer, The
Head Purging
button for each color is available on the carriage, as shown in the below figure:

Note
: If nozzles are found blocked even after normal purging, then try the powerful purging (“P” switch in purging
board has to be kept pressed for few seconds and then required color switch has to be pressed).
