Cleaning
Unplug the mains lead before cleaning the product.
Clean the outside of the product using a soft, moist cloth. Use a mild detergent and
never use solvents or strong, abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning as these can
damage the product.
Cleaning the parts which come into contact with foodstuffs:
1. Turn off and unplug the meat mincer from the wall socket before cleaning it.
2. Hold in the release button [
] and twist the housing clockwise until it comes free.
3. Remove the hopper plate and the food pusher.
4. Remove the locking ring from the end of the housing and take out the parts inside.
Do NOT put these parts in the dishwasher.
5. Wash all parts which come into contact with foodstuffs in hot soapy water.
Clean all parts immediately after use.
6. Rinse all parts in hot clean water and then dry them immediately.
7. It is advisable to coat the cutting blade and all the discs with vegetable oil.
Disposal
This product should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
