Assembly and use
Mincing
• Do not attempt to mince frozen meat, let it thaw first.
• Cut the meat into 10 cm long and 2 cm thick pieces.
• Remove as much bone, gristle and sinew as possible before mincing.
1. Fit the feed screw into
the housing.
2. Fit the cutting blade onto
the square end of the feed
screw, edge outwards.
3. Fit a suitable mincing disc
onto the feed screw
in front of the cutting
blade.
Note:
The notch
in the cutting disc must
fit into the protrusion on
the housing.
4. Screw the locking
ring onto
the housing, but
do not tighten it
completely.
6. Tighten the locking ring.
5. Insert the rear end of the housing
into the motor unit with the feed
opening slightly tilted to
the right (one o’clock position).
Twist the housing anticlockwise,
so that the feed opening is vertical
(12 o’clock) and the [
] locks
the housing in place.
7. Fit the hopper plate onto the housing.
