Using the Kebbe attachment
1. Fit the feed screw into the housing.
2. Fit the Kebbe attachment onto
the square shank of the feed screw.
Note:
The notch in the Kebbe
attachment must fit into the protrusion
on the housing.
3. Fit the cone onto end of
the feed screw.
4. Screw the locking ring onto
the housing, but do not tighten
it completely.
5. Insert the rear end of the housing
into the motor unit with the feed
opening slightly tilted to the right (one
o’clock position). Twist the housing
anticlockwise, so that the feed opening
is vertical (12 o’clock) and the [
]
locks the housing in place.
6. Tighten the locking ring.
7. Fit the hopper plate onto the housing.
8. Place the Kebbe mix onto the hopper plate.
9. Start the motor by pressing [ ON/OFF ].
10. Carefully feed the Kebbe mix into the housing using the food pusher.
Tips
• The mains lead can be tidied away under the motor unit.
• Reverse function: First press [ ON/OFF ] to switch the motor off, then press [ REV ]
to reverse the motor. Press [ ON/OFF ] to switch the motor on again and resume
mincing.
• Parts 15–18 can be stored inside the food pusher.
