Stage 1
Diagnosis: Analyse if the battery can accept or not, it prevents charging from
proceeding on a defective battery;
Stage 2
Desulfation: The charger can rescue most drained batteries with voltages up
to a Min Min 1.5±0.5V
Stage 3
Pre-charge: Battery V<12 V or 24 V (depending on battery voltage), small
current to charge, better maintenance battery;
Stage 4
Soft start: Bulk charging process with a gentle (soft) charge,
Stage 5
CC1, CC2, CC3 (Constant Current): Fast speed charging,
Adjust the Current according to the battery statement in constant current, benefit for
battery long life;
Stage 6
For 12 V batteries, the CV (Constant Voltage) Absorption to voltage is 14.6
V. The charger will automatically shut off when the battery reaches 14.6 V. For 24 V
batteries, the CV (Constant Voltage) Absorption to voltage is 28.8 V. Once the battery
reaches 28.8 V in 24 V mode, the charge will shut off.
Stage 7
Resting: Cut off with full charged statement, high energy efficiency;
Stage 8
Recond: When it is fully charged and if the battery falls below 12.8V on a 12V
battery,or 25.6V on a 24V battery within 2min. the charger will judge automatically and
charge at a high voltage to recover the battery’s capacity.
Stage 9
Restoring: Automatic On-off Monitoring. The charger DC output will shut off
and monitor a fully charged battery. If the battery falls below 12.8 VDC on a 12 V battery,
or 25.6 V on a 24 V battery, the charger will restart and enter Stage 1.
