11 Compatibility

Centry is a SIP version 2.0 (RFC3261) device and is compatible with IP Gateways and PBXs that

can register third party SIP devices.

You must verify that the IP PBX you are registering Centry to can handle third party SIP de-

vices, whether through licensing and/or hardware add-ons. Please note that Centry currently

does not work with a separate Proxy Server. SIP registration and calls must point to the

same domain/IP Address SIP Server.

Examples of mainstream IP PBXs Centry has registered to as a third party SIP device include:
