NGT Transceiver Getting Started Guide

Connecting a fixed NGT station

Connecting a fixed NGT 

AR

 or

station

To connect a fixed NGT 

AR

 or 

SR

 station:

Connect the socket at the end of the 

 cable to the plug 

at the end of the 

 cable lead from the RF unit, then 

secure the locking ring tightly into position.

Connect the socket at the opposite end of the 

 cable to 

the 

 plug at the rear of the desk console, then secure 

the locking ring tightly into position.

Connect the plug at the end of the   cable to the socket at 
the end of the   cable lead from the RF unit, then secure 
the locking ring tightly into position.

1

Connect the plug at the opposite end of the   cable to the 
socket located at the base of the antenna, then secure the 
locking ring tightly into position.

NOTE

The handset is supplied connected to the desk 
console (Codan part number 15-10471).
